Shipping Charges Made Simple
We charge only ₹99 shipping fee on orders below ₹499 — and FREE delivery on all orders above ₹499.

Orders Once Ready To Ship Can’t Be Cancelled
Once your order is confirmed, we get to work right away to prep and dispatch it. So unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders after they’re ready to ship. Thanks for understanding!

For COD Orders – A Gentle Reminder 
We understand that sometimes you're caught up or simply unavailable. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will attempt to contact you twice on the scheduled delivery day and once again the next day before you confirm to receive the order.

If we’re unable to reach you on both occasions, the order will be automatically cancelled to avoid any inconvenience. We truly appreciate your understanding and kindly request that you be available around the time of delivery.

Refused Delivery? Here's What Happens
If you’ve placed a prepaid order and decide not to accept it at the doorstep, we totally get it—plans change!

In that case, we’ll deduct a small Return to Origin (RTO) fee (just what the courier charges us) and refund the rest. Please note that if you request the same order against this RTO, we'll try to deliver your order 3 times. And if you reject that, then you've to reorder the item again.
