Refund policy

At IMECO, we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns will be accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped products, reported via email with photos and an unboxing video within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • The video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send the video via WhatsApp at +91 8981443204 or email connectus@imeco.in.

Once verified, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return method.
  3. Returned products will be inspected after receipt.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or defect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must follow the same return eligibility conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • In cases of damage or defect, return shipping costs will be covered by IMECO.
